At Maiora Diamonds, we partner with third-party shipping carriers to deliver your orders to you via BVC Logistics / Sequel Logistics. The estimated delivery time of the product would depend upon the availability and destination to which the order to be sent.

Domestic Shipping:

For Domestic order, we offer free shipping which typically takes 5-7  days for “Ready to Ship” products and 2 weeks for “Make to Order” products via BVC Logistics / Sequel Logistics. We continuously try to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. However, in case of any delay, we will notify you with the updated shipping information. We kindly request all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting or signing for the delivery. Your cooperation helps us ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.

Packaging 

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Your order will be delivered to you in an exclusive Maiora Diamonds’  box along with the relevant certificates and invoice.
